HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK MY EVENT?
We always say the sooner the better! Our calendar fills out fast, to guarantee your date please reserve with us as soon as possible.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF UTAH COUNTY?
We love going to new places within Utah, a delivery/set up fee will be added to your balance on the date of booking.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
We require a non refundable 50% deposit, a signed contract to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due 2 weeks prior to your event.
DO I NEED ANY PERMITS FOR MY VENUE?
Most venues allow businesses like ours. Please check with your venue prior to booking your date, to make sure there are no issues with us being there.
HOW DO YOU TAKE PAYMENTS?
We accept most major credit cards, cash, Venmo and Pay Pal. Each order will include a detailed invoice. You will be able to pay via mobile or desktop.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
We know things can change, You may choose to use your initial deposit for a future date or order within 1 year. No refunds will be issued on deposits for cancellations.
WILL MY CAKE BE ENOUGH FOR MY GUEST?
We will guide you through our cake serving guide, and provide you with a free cake cutting template, to give you the most servings possible.
CAN I SEND YOU INSPIRATIONAL PICTURES?
We love bringing your vision to life, pictures will only be used for inspiration. We'll make sure to make your event one of a kind.
